Terrie M. (Mashburn) Sasser

Terrie M. Sasser, age 68, of 5940 Whitehaven Drive, Columbus, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at Heart of Georgia Hospice in Perry.

Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of the late Herman Mashburn and Eloise Scott Mashburn.  Terrie was very dedicated to her career in the automotive industry for more than 40 years and spent 38 of those as the controller for Toyota in Columbus.  She lived her life for her family, most especially her grandchildren.  She traveled to all their events as their number one fan.  She was preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Faye Mashburn and Joyce Mashburn Sinyard.

Tracy McIntyre (Brandi) of Perry

Connie Carter (Larry) of Cordele
Marylan Bowen (Rodney) of Pinehurst

Brother:  Steve Mashburn  (Donna Wilson) of Savannah

Grandchildren:  Austin McIntyre, Lauren McIntyre, Kennedy McIntyre, Jordan McIntyre, Reagan McIntyre and Brannen McIntyre

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Saturday, December 15 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla.  Rev. Jerry Pickard will officiate and interment will follow in Walnut Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 pm Friday, December 14 at the funeral home and may be contacted at the McIntyre residence, 2023 Laurel Drive, Perry.
