Sandra C. (Crozier) Peak

Sandra C. Peak, age 78, of 1121 East 8th Avenue, Cordele, died Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Pruitt Health in Ashburn.

Born in Fort Gaines, she was the daughter of the late Christopher Columbus Crozier and Mamie Elizabeth Stamps Crozier.  In her early years, she was very athletic.  She loved sports and competed for her high school teams in Shellman in tennis and basketball.  Sandra was a member of Leslie United Methodist Church and a homemaker.  She loved her family, especially her 26 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Angie Dowdey (Brian) of Thomaston
Rhonda Howell (Wen) of Rochelle

Son:  Robert Clinton Peak, Jr. (Holly) of Vienna

Brother:  Chris Crozier (Andrea) of Gainesville

Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren:  26

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clinton Peak, Sr. and her daughter, Debra Adkins.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Friday, June 9 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home.  

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
