Lloyd Harrison, age 74, of 700 Mulberry Street, Unadilla, died Monday, December 20, 2021, at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins.
Born in Hawkinsville, he was the son of the late Otis Harrison and Virginia White Harrison. He retired from Robins Air Force Base after 39 years of service and then served as a bus driver for the Dooly County Schools for 10 years. Lloyd was a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla, the Charles Speight Sunday School Class, the Coffee Club and was a Mason. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves and NASCAR. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Lloyd loved his family, especially his grandchildren and it was always important to him that he be there to support them as they played sports. Another of his favorite activities was sitting on his porch talking with his family and his neighbors. His family will also have fond memories of the many family vacations they enjoyed.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Mayo and his brother, Charles Harrison.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, December 23 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla with Dr. Charlie Miller officiating.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, December 22 at the funeral home.
