Johnnie Ruth Mixon Obituary

Johnnie Ruth Mixon, age 82, of 6776 Tippettville Road, Vienna, died Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at her residence.

Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of the late Buddy Mixon and Claire Pope Mixon. She taught school in Crisp County for 30 years and was a member of Tippettville Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
Sister: Mary Jo Cruz of Vienna

Niece: Terry Collins (Joel) of Plains

Nephew: Jerry Cruz (Denise) of Vienna

Great Nephew: Haddon Collins of Plains

Graveside services will be held at 4 PM Friday, July 17 in Vienna City Cemetery. The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page.

Memorial gifts may be made to Tippettville Baptist Church, c/o Sue Watson, 99 Watson Road, Vienna, Georgia 31092.
