Faye P. (Peavy) DeLoach

Faye P. DeLoach, age 82, of 350 Whittle Lane, Dexter, died Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at her residence.

Born in Hawkinsville, she was the daughter of the late Emmett Marshall Peavy and Linnie Andrews Peavy.  She was a graduate of Crandall Business College in Macon and retired from FSA.  Faye was a longtime faithful member of Harmony Baptist Church and served as church organist for 48 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Gene DeLoach, her son, Jimmy DeLoach and her siblings, Gary Peavy and Gaye P. Gibbs.

Connie Henry (William) of Stone Mountain

Hannah DeLoach of Portland, OR
Bray DeLoach of Cochran
Ansley DeLoach Watson (Zack) of Montrose

Great Grandchild:  Anna Kathryn Watson

Funeral services will be at 3 PM Sunday, August 27 in Harmony Baptist Church with interment in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery.

The family will greet friends in the church fellowship hall 2 - 3 PM Sunday, August 27.

The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of Georgia Hospice and especially Faye's primary caregivers, Joyce Mickle and Casey Mason for the love and care shown to her during her final days.
