Eva Mae Dennard, age 91, of 424 McWhorter Street, Unadilla, died Friday, October 20, 2023, at her residence.
Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late William H. Bodrey and Hettie Wisham Bodrey. Mrs. Dennard was a hard worker who always kept busy. For many years, she worked alongside her husband in the family business, Dennard's Red & White. She held jobs are several other places through the years as well. In addition to her outside jobs, she was a homemaker and loved gardening and working in her yard. Mrs. Dennard was a faithful member of Unadilla Wesleyan Church where she served on the Bereavement Committee and was a member of the Mary Murray Sunday School Class and the Juanita Brannen Friendship Circle. She was a loving, devoted and caring wife, mother and grandmother who loved her Lord and her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Smith Dennard, Jr. and her grandchildren, "Gina Bug" Causey and Anthony Nelson.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Monday, October 23 in Unadilla Wesleyan Church with entombment in Walnut Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6- 8 PM Sunday, October 22 at the funeral home.
