Dorothy G. Fowler, age 95, died Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Pinewood Manor Nursing Home in Hawkinsville.
Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of the late Homer A. Spradley and Amelia Wilson Spradley. She was the youngest of 5 girls and 4 boys that all preceded her in death. Mrs. Fowler was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and caregiver. She loved her flowers, traveling, fishing and cooking for others. She retired from West Georgia Medical Center where she was a purchasing agent. After her retirement, she returned to the hospital as a Pink Lady. Mrs. Fowler was a member of Dunson Baptist Church and the Miriam Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, J. C. "Slim" Fowler; her daughter, Jeanette Lowery; her son, J. C. "Sonny" Fowler, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Monday, September 6 at Dunson Baptist Church in LaGrange with interment in Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange.
