Willie C. Lockerman

Willie C. Lockerman, age 84, of Unadilla, died Wednesday, December 14, 2005, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.
Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Jesse Clyde Lockerman and Viola Parker Lockerman. He was a member of County Line Baptist Church, a Mason and a past Patron of the Order of the Eastern Star. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in Europe and North Africa during WWII. Mr. Lockerman was a farmer and worked as Control Room Operator at Medusa Cement Company.

Daughters: Linda Donnelly (Joe) of Hawkinsville
Kathy Shugart of Unadilla
Son: John Lockerman (Michelle) of Unadilla
Sister: Elizabeth Wilson of Freemont, CA
Grandchildren: 11
Great Grandchildren: 10
His son, Charles Lockerman, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 17 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla. Rev. Olin Hamlin and Dr. Bob Murphy will officiate and burial will follow in Walnut Cemetery with military honors.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Friday, December 16 at the funeral home.
