William A. "Bill" Mercer, age 45, of Second Street, Unadilla, died Friday, October 17, 2003, in Macon, Georgia.
Born in Hawkinsville, he was the son of the late John Arthur Mercer, attended First Baptist Church of Unadilla and was a member of Unadilla Fire Rescue. He was employed with the US Department of Agriculture.

Brother: John Mercer of Unadilla
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 19 at First Baptist Church of Unadilla. Dr. Bob Murphy will officiate and burial will follow in Walnut Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Unadilla Fire Rescue, PO Box 502 Unadilla, GA 31091.
