William S. Lovett

William S. Lovett, age 77, of Cordele, died Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at his residence.

William was born in Jellico, Tennessee.  He retired from Pabco and the Crisp County School System.  He loved to fish and work in his yard.  William truly never met a stranger and he loved to talk to anybody.

Survivors include: Wife of 26 years:  Peggy Lovett of Cordele

Daughter:  Cathy Rhodes of Cordele

Sister:  Linda Newton of Albany

Grandchildren:  Brooke Diamond Rhodes and Ashley Nicole Deal

Great Grandchildren:  several

Graveside services will be held at 11 am Saturday, April 20 in Vienna City Cemetery with Rev., Brian Leverett officiating.
