Wilburn R. Harrison

Wilburn R. Harrison, age 84, of 516 Trophy Trail, Lawrenceville, died Saturday, May 16, 2009, at Ashton Hall Personal Care Home in Lawrenceville.
Born in McDuffie County, he was the son of the late Ruel Grady Harrison and Mamie Blanch Robertson Harrison. He was a US Air Force veteran and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Harrison was a mechanic and retired from Fort Benning in Columbus.
He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Ann Craig of Lawrenceville; a son, Michael Wayne Harrison of Savannah; and a grandchild, Dedra Allane Craig of Lawrenceville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Loyce Patrick Harrison and by a son, Richard Andrew Harrison.
An entombment service will be held at 4 PM Tuesday, May 19 in Walnut Cemetery with Rev. Tom Teate officiating.
The family will greet friends at the funeral home 2 - 3:30 PM Tuesday, May 19.
