Virginia J. Cannon

Virginia J. Cannon, age 99, of 2541 Teate Road, Vienna, died Friday, June 12, 2015, at Camellia Gardens of Life Care in Thomasville, Georgia.
Born in Crisp County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Edward Jennings and Roselea Patrick Jennings. She was a graduate of GSCW, the University of Georgia and the GAB School of Business. Mrs. Cannon was a homemaker, a member of Vienna United Methodist Church and was very active in church and civic activities. Most importantly, she always took a great interest in the activities of her children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Frank Cannon.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, June 15 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna. The family will greet friends following the service. A private interment for family only will take place in Vienna City Cemetery.
