Verlie Bea Hayes, age 90, of 1010 Franklin Road, Vienna, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia.
Born in Bleckley County, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. Belflower and Carrie Lou NeSmith Belflower. She was a homemaker, a member of Drayton Baptist Church and the widow of Paul R. Hayes, Jr.

Sister: Edith Smith of Cochran

Great Grandchildren: 1
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 10 in Vienna City Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Vaughn will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Drayton Baptist Church, c/o Wanaza Lamb, 2515 River Road, Vienna, Georgia 31092.
The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 PM Wednesday, April 9 at the funeral home.
