Thomas L. Lewis

Thomas L. Lewis, age 54, of Ballwin, Missouri, died Sunday, August 3, 2003, in Manchester, Tennessee.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was the son of the late Thomas M. Lewis and was employed by the John Cochran VA Hospital in St. Louis. He was a avid bass fisherman.

Survivors include:
Sons: Michael Thomas Lewis of Fenton, MO
Adam Joseph Kindler of Ballwin, MO

Daughter: Kelly Ovenshire of Kalamazoo, MI

Mother: Myra Lewis of Lilly

Sisters: Mott Bammon (Pete) of Signal Mountain, TN
Lou Bottoms (Bill) of Signal Mountain, Tennessee

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 7 at Lilly United Methodist Church. Rev. Eddie Braswell will officiate and interment will follow in Vienna City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, August 6 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lilly United Methodist Church, c/o Henry Ingram 309 South Fifth Street, Vienna, Georgia 31092.

Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna has charge of arrangements.
