Thomas H. Harpe

Thomas H. Harpe, age 74, of 706 South 7th Street, Vienna, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at his residence.
Born in Crisp County, he was the son of the late H. A. and Edith Harpe. He retired from Georgia Pacific as a truck driver and attended Vienna Church of God. He was preceded in death by his foster parents, Paul and Mary Hines and his sister, Marcelle Hinrichsen. Mr. Harpe also served in the National Guard.
Survivors include:
Wife: Marlene H. Harpe of Vienna
Daughter: Angie K. Harpe of Vienna
Son: Thomas Craig Harpe (Melissa) of Tifton
Sister: Margaret Goins of Americus
Grandchildren: Tyler Harpe, Kayla Harpe, Reed Harpe, Niki Hilton and Joseph Hilton
Great Grandchildren: Abbey Harpe, Tyler Harpe, Jr. and Tinzley Hilton
He is also survived by a close family friend, David Williams.
Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Friday, May 15 in Vienna Church of God.
The family will greet friends in the church fellowship hall 12:30 - 2:30 PM Friday, May 15 or may be contacted at the residence, 706 South 7th Street, Vienna.
