August 30, 1978 — June 2, 2025

Thomas Edward Behm, Jr., age 46 was born on August 30, 1978 to the late Thomas Edward Behm and Agnes Gail Lovett Behm.  He joined his parents in Heaven on Monday, June 2, 2025. He resided in Jackson, Georgia and died in Dooly County.

Tom, also affectionately known as "Tommy" by his family, was born in Riverdale and grew up in Jonesboro, where he attended Jonesboro High School.  At the age of 18, he proudly followed in his father's footsteps and entered into an apprenticeship working sheet metal and joined the Local 85 Sheet Metal Union.  Tommy was gifted with an eye for art, which helped him excel in his chosen career.

He gave his life to Christ and was baptized on October 13, 2013 at The Way of the Cross Church in McDonough.

He will be forever remembered by his family and friends for his loving and adventurous nature, contagious laugh and smile that would light up the room.  He loved to tell jokes and make others laugh.  He also enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, traveling and spending time with his friends and numerous family members in Ohio.  Most of all, he was a proud father of his son Jacob.
