Teresa Lynn (Martin) Ward

Teresa Lynn Ward, age 70, of 1911 River Road, Vienna, died Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

Born in Porterdale, she was the daughter of the late Bobby E. Martin and Lizzie Ruth Mobley Martin.  Teresa was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved going to the beach, working in her yard and just being outdoors.  She was a founding member of Victory Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Daughter:  Tracey Lynn Berry (Mark) of Ellaville

Son:  Bobby Lee Ward, Jr. (Teresa Joy) of Cordele

Brother:  Terry Martin of Covington

Grandchildren: Brandon Wheeler (Sharon) of Ellaville Brittany Mulkey (Brandon) of Cordele Cory Ward (Ashley) of Cordele Colee Ward of Chicago, IL Kaylee Berry of Ellaville

Great Grandchildren: Joby Lee Ward of Cordele Elijah Mulkey of Cordele

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bobby Lee Ward, Sr.; her daughter, Michelle Denise Ward; her great grandchildren, Makalynn Britt and Makenzie Denise.

A private graveside service for immediate family only will be held at 3 pm Sunday, September 5 at Rocky Mount Cemetery in Turner County.  The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page. (depending on internet capability)
