Susan C. Cross, age 63, of 1840 Third District Road, Unadilla, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at her residence.
Born in Evergreen, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Raymond Canterbury and Mary Sue Cox Canterbury. She was a homemaker and a member of Harmony Baptist Church where she served as church treasurer for over 15 years.
Susan had a servant's heart and truly loved helping others. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband, William Cross, Jr. since their marriage on July 1, 1972 and was a loving and supportive sister to her siblings. Even though she never had children of her own, she was a loving aunt to her 12 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, July 11 in Harmony Baptist Church with interment in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery.
The family will greet friends at the funeral home 5 - 8 PM Friday, July 10.
