Shirley C. Horne

Shirley Horne, age 65, of 240 Horne Street, Pinehurst, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

Born in Peach County, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Collier and a member of Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Horne was a devoted wife and loving mother.

Her brother, Alan Nelson, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 29 in Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Pinehurst City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Friday, November 28 at the funeral home.
