Ruth Peavy, age 75, of 689 Borum Street, Unadilla, died Monday, August 13, 2007, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.
Born in Cleveland, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Tom Parker and Susie Goins Parker. She was a homemaker and a member of Haynesville Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Ronnie Peavy, her husband, James Franklin Peavy and her daughter, Brenda Fowler.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 17 in Haynesville Assembly of God. Interment will follow in Walnut Cemetery.
