Ruby H. Nutt, age 83, of 414 Lilly Street, Vienna, died Tuesday, November 29, 2005, in a Cordele nursing home.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late William Alexander Holley and Roxie Davidson. She was a member of Tippettville Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. Her husband, James Bennett Nutt, preceded her in death.
Survivors include:

Archie Nutt (Jeane) of Loganville
Charles Nutt of Vienna
Daughters: Rosa Fite (Eddie) of Suwanee
Tannie Crook (Greg) of Dallas
Emma Britt of Ashburn
Mary Ellen Lucas (Jimmy) of Pinehurst
Nancy Cromer of Perry
Alice Turner (Jerry) of Vienna
Sister: Christine Holmes (A. C.) of Warwick
She is also survived by a special son and daugther, Henry Nutt (Mable) of Warwick and Lorene Mixon (Roy) of Warner Robins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 1 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna. Interment will be in Tippettville Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Wednesday at the residence of Jimmy and Mary Ellen Lucas, 676 Peaceful Road, Pinehurst.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tippettville Baptist Church, c/o Margaret Mitchell, 1270 Priest Road, Vienna, GA 31092 or to United Hospice, 708 East 16th Ave. Cordele, GA 31015.
