Rose H. Rowland

Rose Horne Rowland, age 80, of 1316 North Avenue, Perry, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, February 13, 2026.  She was surrounded by her loving family and will be missed by everyone.

Born in Wilcox County, she was the daughter of the late William Howard Horne and Dora Smith Horne.  Rose lived her life full of love.  She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren beyond measure.  One of her favorite places to go was Tybee Island and she visited there several times a year.  She loved to cook even more.  Her passion in life was making sure everyone in her family was taken care of.

Robin Webb (Wayne) of Perry
Rachel Spillers of Perry

Grandchildren:  Amber Catron (Chad), Dora Palma (Brian), Brandon Webb and Luke Webb

Great Grandchildren:  Peyton Wainwright, Kohen Wainwright, Odin Clark and Finney Catron

She is also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jobie Graham, her grandson, Christopher Graham, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, February 18 at Snow Cemetery near Unadilla.  Rev. Mark Grinsted will officiate.

The family will greet friends 12 PM - 2 PM Wednesday, February 18 at the funeral home.
