Robert Lee Thompson, age 65, of Lizella, died Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Unadilla, he was the son of the late Perry Thompson and Mary Hattie Layfield Thompson. He was a carpenter.

Step-Daughter: Tammy Kimsey of Vienna
Sister: Doris Bivins of Hawkinsville

Step-Great Grandchildren: 3
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, August 13 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home with interment in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery. Rev. Bruce Howland will officiate.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Monday, August 12 at the funeral home.
