Richard Quattlebaum Reed, age 56, of Angola, Indiana, died January 8, 2007, in Fort Wayne, IN.
He was born on July 10, 1950, in Vincennes, Indiana to Jerry and Evelyn Quattlebaum Reed. He graduated from Bloomington High School and attended Franklin College. Richard enjoyed boating and golfing with friends and family. He most especially enjoyed golfing with his father in Hilton Head, South Carolina every year. Richard cherished the time he spent with friends and family, and flew to Texas every few months to be with his granddaughter.

Father: Jerry C. Reed of Bloomington, IN
Brother: Jerry B. Reed of Bloomington, IN
Grandchildren: Madeline Dixon of Austin, TX
Finley Dixon of Autsin, TX
He was preceded in death by his mother and by his aunt, Virginia Quattlebaum.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 28 in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Dykes will officiate.
