Opal H. Easom, age 79, of 208 Church Street, Vienna, died Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.
She was born in Barnesville, Georgia, on July 16, 1924, to Bartow Headden and Mattie Lou Howard Headden. She was a US Navy veteran, a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Churchy, the former owner of the Roberts Shop in Vienna and the widow of Warren Easom.

Sister: Naomi Kjostad of Macon
Grandchildren: 6
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 6 in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Cobb and Rev. Phil Streetman will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
The family will recieve friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, February 5.
