Nellie W. Speight, age 94, of Hawkinsville, died Wednesday, December 17, 2003, in a Hawkinsville nursing home.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Paschal Wilson and Bessie Herrington. She was a homemaker and a member of Tippettville Baptist Church.

Several nieces and nephews survive
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 19, 2003, at Tippettville Baptist Church. Rev. Billy Forrest and Rev. Harold Sangster will officiate and burial will follow in Tippettville Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, December 18 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the building fund or the cemetery fund of Tippettville Baptist Church, 6776 Tippettville Road, Vienna, GA 31092.
