Nannie Sue Bowen

Nannie Sue Bowen, age 91, of Pinehurst, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.<br><br>Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Isaac L. Bowen, Sr. and Melissa Irene Etheridge Bowen. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church where she had previously served as church secretary. She was retired from Robins Air Force Base and was a former employee of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home.<br><br>Survivors include:<br>Sister-in-law: Mildred Bowen Kitchens of Pinehurst<br>Several Nieces and Nephews<br><br>Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 18 at Liberty Baptist Church near Pinehurst. Dr. Napp Granade and Rev. Lee Wilson will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Jackie Bowen, David Burk, Brandon Bowen, Todd Cape, Kevin Bowen, Tracy Hamsley and Delroy Ziadie will serve as pallbearers.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Liberty Cemetery Fund, c/o Charles Bowen, 2304 Findlay Road, Pinehurst, Georgia 31070.<br><br>The family may be contacted at the residence, 5985 Noble Gin Road, Pinehurst.<br><br>Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna has charge of arrangements.
