Melita McCall Wood, age 84, of Montgomery, Alabama and formerly of Macon and Dublin, Georgia died Saturday, March 28, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph McCall; her step-father, Leon Andrews; her mother, Myrtle Andrews; her husband, Wendell Claude Wood, Sr; her brother, Charles McCall and her son, Christopher Scott Wood.
Survivors include:
Daughter: Frances Elaine Hunt (Chuck)
Son: Wendell Claude Wood, Jr.
Brother: Lynwood Andrews
Grandchildren: Lauren Terry, Amanda Lake, Joy Shokes, Kari Merriken, Marshall Wood, Chad Hunt, Claude Hunt and Georgianna Hunt
Great Grandchildren: 15
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 PM Tuesday, April 7 at Lane Cemetery.
