Marshall R. Davis

Marshall R. Davis, age 76, of Pinehurst, died Saturday, October 23, 2004, in an Atlanta hospital.

Born in Pinehurst, he was the son of the late Alvis Davis, was a farmer and a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church where he was a Deacon and served as Sunday School Secretary for 26 years. His daughter, Jean Davis, preceded him in death.

Son: Marty Davis (Melanie) of Pinehurst

Mother: Nubie Davis of Vienna

Brothers: Raymond Davis of Pinehurst
Ellis Davis of Vienna

Grandchildren: Lee Davis
Kimberly Davis

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, October 25 in Pinehurst Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Pinehurst City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 7 - 8:30 PM Sunday, October 24.
