Marilyn E. (Avery) Holliday

Marilyn E. Holliday, age 69, of 1720 Williams Road, Unadilla, died Friday, June 27, 2025, at Emory Hospital in Warner Robins.

Born in Cordele, she was the daughter of the late Gordon Avery and Agnes Inez Holder Avery.  Marilyn worked as a LPN.  As much as it meant to her to care for others in her job, caring for her family meant even more.  She was a loving mother and especially enjoyed family gatherings.

Daughter:  Dawn Williams of Unadilla

Sisters: Jenny Carson of Thomaston Martha Avery of Bay City, MI Margie Lowe of Yatesville

Brothers: Leo Avery of Thomaston Lester Avery

Grandchildren: William Bateman (Ashley) of Sioux City, IA Tommy Bateman of Hawkinsville Mandi Bateman of Hawkinsville

She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. "Bill" Holliday.

Services will be private.
