Marie Lilly Hawsey, age 92, of 709 West Park Avenue, Tampa, Florida, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in Tampa.
Born in Lilly, she was the daughter of the late W. Bennett "Frank" Lilly and Sarah Dickson Lilly and had lived in Florida for many years. She was a member of Palm Avenue Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She was a retired school teacher and was preceded in death by her husband, Frank B. Hawsey.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22 in the chapel of Marsicano-B. Marion Reed-Stowers Funeral Home at 4040 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa, Florida.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 25 in Lilly City Cemetery, Lilly, Georgia.
The family will greet friends in Lilly Baptist Church from 10 - 11 AM Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Palm Avenue Baptist Church, 1805 North Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602.
Marsicano-B. Marion Reed-Stowers Funeral Home of Tampa, Florida and Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna, Georgia have charge of arrangements.
