Margaret B. (Bailey) Gunn

Margaret Gunn, age 101, of 122 West Sheraton Drive, Washington, Georgia, died Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at her residence.

Born in Hawkinsville, she was the daughter of the late Walter Eugene Bailey and Minnie Murray Bailey.  She served as the food supervisor at Dooly Medical Center for many years and was a homemaker.  Mrs.Gunn was a former resident of Lilly, Nashville, Tennessee and Cedar Bluff, Alabama.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Washington, Georgia.

Survivors include: Daughter:  Nina Gunn Palmer of Washington, GA

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Her husbands, George W. Culbert and Hamer Gunn, preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, May 4 in Lilly City Cemetery with Rev. Phillip Barnett officiating.

The family will greet friends before and after the service at the cemetery.
