Macarthur W. Offenburg

MacArthur W. Offenburg, age 66, of 706 Pine Ridge Drive, Perry, died Thursday, May 22, 2008.

Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Arthur Offenburg and Helen Barron Offenburg. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Haynesville, an Electrician and a member of the NRA. Mac enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his true passion was giving to others.

Son: Warren Offenburg of Elko

Daughter: Laurie Tucker of Perry

Brother: John Offenburg of Unadilla

Sisters: Patricia Rigdon of Pinehurst
Tillie Welch of Unadilla
Dana Argo of Pensacola, FL

Grandchildren: 4

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 25 in First Baptist Church of Haynesville with interment following in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Saturday, May 24 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Perry Volunteer Outreach, 801 Commerce Street, Perry, GA 31069.
