Louise S. Everett

Louise S. Everett, age 92, of 800 Everett Road, Pinehurst, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Milton Smith and Sally Ophelia Sledge Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of the Dooly County Home Demonstration Club. Mrs. Everett was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and her favorite scriptures were Psalm 100 and 23. She loved people and was devoted to her family.

Survivors include:
Daughter: Edna Barker of Montezuma

Daughter-in-law: Alicia Everett of Vienna

Grandchildren: Sylvia Barker, Felicia Barefoot, Randall Barker (Denise), Stacey Everett (Dana) and David Everett (Kelly)

Great Grandchildren: Tiffany Phillips (Mike), Autumn Barefoot, Lily Spradley, Nathaniel Barker, Savannah Barefoot, Anna Barker, Brynn Everett, Cohen Everett and Logan Everett

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Everett and her son, Ronald Everett.

Funeral services will be at 3 PM Sunday, March 23 in Liberty Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Saturday, March 22 at the funeral home.
