Louise B. (Borum) Shugart

Louise Shugart, age 85, of 845 Oak Street, Unadilla, died Monday, August 5, 2019, at the Medical Center-Navicent Health in Macon.

She was born on May 23, 1934 to the late Jack Borum and Ruth Bryant Borum.  Mrs. Shugart had worked as a bookkeeper at Farmer's Cotton Gin.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla and the Order of the Eastern Star.  She loved animals and flowers.  Her daughter, Jeannette Shugart Clack and her sister, Doris Lawhorn, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: Husband:  Clint Shugart of Unadilla

Son:  Don Shugart (Tammy) of Unadilla

Daughter:  Sandra Ferguson (Jimmy) of Unadilla

Grandchildren:  Nichole Pierce (Crawford), Josh Clack, Robert Clack (Ashley), Trey Shugart and Taylor Shugart

Great Grandchildren:  4

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, August 7 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla with Mr. Jack Shugart officiating.  Interment will follow in Walnut Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 pm Tuesday, August 6 at the funeral home and may be contacted at the residence of Don and Tammy Shugart, 784 Duncan Avenue, Unadilla.
