Lou Ellen Causey

Lou Ellen Causey, age 81, of 1056 Blazing Pine Drive, Unadilla, died Friday, May 22, 2026, at her daughter's residence in Hawkinsville.

Lou Ellen was born in Vienna and worked as a seamstress at Lanier Clothing and later retired from Dooly State Prison.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla and a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Teresa Bell of Albany

Rex Causey of Unadilla
Roy Causey of Unadilla

Grandchildren:  9
Great Grandchildren:  2

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Causey, her son, Stoney Causey and her granddaughter, Gina "Gina Bug" Causey.

Family and friends are invited to Sheila's home, located at 28 Pate Street in Hawkinsville, at 1 PM Saturday, June 6 for a Celebration of Life for Gene, Stoney and Lou Ellen.
