Lola E. Everett, age 78, of Vienna, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, at Cordele Health & Rehab.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Brinkley Etheridge and Viola Nobles Etheridge. She was a member of Vienna First Baptist Church and the Ruth Sunday School Class. Mrs. Everett retired from Dooly Medical Center where she was the comptroller. She was also a member of the bridge club.
Survivors include:
Husband: Talmadge Everett of Vienna
Daughter: Susan Anderson of Arden, NC
Son: Kenny Everett of Snellville
Grandchildren: Lee Everett, Max Everett, Emily Everett, Tabatha Anderson and Tristin Anderson
She was preceded in death by her son, Stanley Pentz Everett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, March 24 in Vienna First Baptist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 7 - 9 PM Monday, March 23 at the funeral home.
