Lillian B. Bowen

Lillian B. Bowen, age 87, of Vienna, died Sunday, July 4, 2010, at Leisure Life in Unadilla.

Born in Lilly, she was the daughter of the late Walter H. Bowen, Sr. and Lillian Shell Bowen. Mrs. Bowen was a Baptist and worked as a medical transcriptionist for Dooly Medical Center and Methodist Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ronnie L. Bowen of Jacksonville, FL

Brother: Walter H.Bowen, Jr. of McDonough

Grandchildren: 5

Great Grandchildren: 4

Cousin: Ernestine Holt of Vienna

She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac L. Bowen and her son, Royce Bowen. She was also preceded in death by her step mother who raised her, Marietta Ward Bowen.

Graveside services will be at 3 PM Wednesday, July 7 in Lilly City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, July 6 at the funeral home.
