LaVonne Wright, age 59, of 662 Collins Road, Pinehurst, died Sunday, June 23, 2013.
Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of Asbury Wright and the late Charlene Boswell Wright. She was a member of Pinehurst United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. She had worked as a Medical Technologist at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany and was a foster parent.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday, June 25 in Pinehurst United Methodist Church with interment in Pinehurst City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 5 - 7 PM Monday, June 24 at the funeral home.
