Laura (Burkes) Miller

Laura Miller, age 58, of 708 East 25th Avenue, Cordele, died Saturday, March 18, 2023 at her residence.

Born in Palatka, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel Burkes and Margaret Branam Burkes Parker.  Laura was a homemaker.  She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who loved everyone she came in contact with.  Above all, she was a Christian and loved sharing with other what Jesus Christ meant to her.  We know she is in Heaven now.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, April 1 at Walnut Cemetery in Unadilla.
