Laura Nell Henderson

Laura Nell Henderson, age 89, of Decatur, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the Azalea House in Decatur.
Born in Houston County, she was the daughter of the late J. C. and Carrie Smith Henderson. She was a graduate of Perry High School and Abraham Baldwin College and attended Georgia College and State University. She was a member of Clairmont Hills Baptist Church in Decatur and retired from Hartford Fire Insurance Company after 37 years of service.
Survivors include:
Brother: Carson Henderson (Gwen) of Decatur
Niece: Carren Sellers (Gladstone)
Great Nephew: Trey Sellers
Great Niece: Courtney Sellers
She was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Henderson.
Graveside services will be at 2 PM Monday, September 3 in Walnut Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Howland officiating.
The family will greet friends 1 - 2 PM Monday, September 3 at the funeral home.
