Laura Hall

Laura Hall, age 81, of 9592 Tippettville Road, Vienna, died Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late James Leon Scott and Wynelle Crook Scott.  Laura loved animals, fishing and working in her yard.  She also loved dancing.  Her loss will be felt by many because of the great love she had for helping people.  Laura loved helping people and one of her favorite things to do was sharing what she cooked with others.  She was a faithful member of Tippettville Baptist Church and above all, she loved her family and her Lord.

Survivors include: Son:  Robert Hall (Dana Pritchard) of Vienna

Sister:  Shirley Bailey of Dothan, AL

Sisters-in-law: Pamela Scott Massey (Roy) of Lake Park Debra Scott of Americus

Grandchildren:  Steven Pritchard, Jacob Pritchard, Justin Pritchard, Tyler Pritchard and Tabitha Pritchard

Great Grandchildren:  Kaison Pritchard and Jaxon Pritchard

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Wayne Hall and her siblings, Charlie Ed "Buck" Scott, Willie Frank "Bill" Scott, Nina Grace Oxyer and Alice Faye Taranto.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, August 28 in Tippettville Cemetery.

Laura will lie in state in Tippettville Baptist Church from 12 - 2 PM Saturday, August 28 and the family will greet friends during this time.
