Laura (Grogg) Griggs

Laura Griggs, age 67, of 328 Pine Avenue, Pinehurst, died Monday, February 1, 2021, at her residence.

Born in Macon, she was the daughter of the late Joe Elmer Grogg and Mary Christopher Grogg.  Laura was a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Survivors include: Husband:  George Griggs of Pinehurst

Sons: Jacob Griggs (Becky) of Unadilla Nathaniel Griggs (Ashley) of Beaufort, SC

Sister:  Nancy Y. Terry (Jodie) of Royalton, IL

Grandchildren:  Ethan Griggs, Abby Griggs and Maggie Griggs

She was preceded in death by her step-mother, Hilda Jane Grogg.

A public graveside service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, February 7 in Pinehurst City Cemetery.  Everyone attending should wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

The family requests memorial gifts be made to the church of your choice.
