Born in St. Augustine, Florida, he was the son of the Clarence Billy Kimsey. He worked for Summers Construction.

Graveside services will be at 11 AM Thursday, October 28 in Snow Cemetery near Unadilla. Rev. Matt Stephens will officiate.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, October 27 at the funeral home.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
