Kathryn W. Roberts, age 95, of 646 Oak Avenue, Pinehurst, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at Heart of Georgia Hospice-Inpatient Care in Perry.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late William Harrison Wilson and Maude Holt Wilson. She was a retired school teacher and postmaster. Mrs. Roberts was a faithful member of Pinehurst Baptist Church for 83 years. She was the former president of the Retired Educators Association of Dooly County and served on the Pinehurst City Council and the Pinehurst Beautification Committee.

Her husband, Amos Snelling Roberts and her daughter, Mary Maude Branch, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Saturday, November 30 in Pinehurst Baptist Church with interment in Pinehurst City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Friday, November 29 at the funeral home.
