Katherine B. Allen

Katherine B. Allen, age 71, of 4465 Tippettville Road, Vienna, died Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Henry Brown and Violet Coffee Brown. She was a longtime member of Smyrna Baptist Church and sang in the choir. Mrs. Allen worked for Dr. Mark Ingram for many years. She truly loved being with her family.

Daughter: Kathi Beavers (Kenny) of Vienna

Sister: Sandra Lowery (Winton) of Cordele

Mary Kathryn Beavers of Vienna

Special Friend: Craig Busse of Vienna

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Allen of Vienna.

Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Sunday, November 6 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna. A private interment service will be held later in Vienna City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends following the service.
