Julius E. Register

Julius E. Register, age 97, of 2065 Pine Street, Unadilla, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Crisp County, he was the son of the late Charlie Register and Anna Sullivan Register. Mr. Register was the retired owner/operator of Register's Radiator Shop. He was a US Army veteran, a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla and Millwood Masonic Lodge. Mr. Register loved fishing and hunting.
Survivors include:
Daughter: Beverly Shewman of Unadilla
Grandson: Shannon Shewman (Angi) of Unadilla
Great Grandchildren: Savanna Shewman, Brett Wade and Hunter Wade
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Latler Register and a great grandson, Tanner Shewman.
Graveside services will be at 11 AM Thursday, February 4 in Walnut Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 7 PM Wednesday, February 3 at the funeral home.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
