Julian L. Sanders

Julian L. Sanders, age 87, of Unadilla died Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at his residence.
Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Noah Freeman Sanders and Willie Alsobrook Sanders. He was a US Army veteran of WWII and a farmer. Mr. Sanders was a member of Smyrna Independent Methodist Church, where he was a Steward. He attended Harmony Baptist Church and the Mens Sunday School Class. His brother, John Freeman Sanders, preceded him in death.

Wife: Doris P. Sanders of Unadilla
Daughter: Linda Hobbs (Gloy) of Vienna
Sons: Wayne Sanders (Linda) of Unadilla
Joe Sanders of Unadilla
Sisters: Bertha Lindsey of Unadilla
Martha Evans of Dublin
Grandchildren: 5
Great Grandchildren: 1
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 24 in Harmony Baptist Church. Rev. Cham White and Rev. Joe Hughes will officiate and interment will follow in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
