Johnny L. Holt

Johnny L. Holt, age 55, of 105 South 6th Street, Vienna, died Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

Cotton, as he was known by many, was born in Ocilla, Georgia on July 8, 1965.  He had worked at Tyson Foods and loved fishing.  He also enjoyed watching sports on television.

Survivors include: Wife:  Virginia C. Holt of Vienna

Father:  Larry Barnes of Cordele

Sister:  Debra Daniels of Cordele

Brother:  Randy Clements of Fitzgerald

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Cotton is also survived by his faithful companion, his beloved dog, Deuce.

His mother, Lila Joyce Young Barnes, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, July 22 in Vienna City Cemetery.  Rev. Brian Leverett will officiate.  The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page.
