JoAnne Dossett, age 61, of Vienna, died Monday, September 20, 2004, at her residence.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Paul S. Horne and Stella Mae Langford Horne. She was a member of Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church, the manager of St. Charles Place Apartments and the widow of Jack Dossett. JoAnne had worked as the secretary for the Dooly County ROTC.

Stephen Dossett of Vienna
Sister: Laura Faye Easom of Vienna
Brother: Russell Horne of Columbus
Grandchildren: 5
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 22 in Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church. Rev. Stewart-Allen Clark and Rev. Tim Horne will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 - 9 PM for visitation or may be contacted at 3401 Williams Road, Unadilla.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the building fund of Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church, Route 3 Box 315 Hawkinsville, Georgia 31036.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna has charge of arrangements.
